Support
Tell us what happened. We’ll give you a clear next step.
SignalPort customers can open a case from the app. General, privacy, and complaint requests can be sent through our secure contact form.
Support hours and response times
Requests are reviewed Monday through Friday during Pacific business hours, excluding holidays. We aim to acknowledge ordinary requests within one business day. Complex account, billing, privacy, or execution investigations may take longer; we will keep the case updated when more time or information is needed.
SignalPort support is not an emergency trading desk. If automation or broker activity differs from what you expect, pause new entries in SignalPort, preserve the broker ticket and screenshots, and contact your broker directly for urgent account or order assistance.
What to include
Share the workspace name, approximate time, symbol, broker ticket when available, what you expected, and what occurred. Do not send passwords, private webhook URLs, complete account numbers, payment-card details, or government identification.
Complaints
Mark the request as a complaint and describe the facts, the impact, and the resolution you are seeking. We aim to acknowledge complaints within two business days and provide a substantive response within ten business days. If an investigation requires a provider or broker record, we will explain the delay and the next checkpoint.
Privacy requests
Use the signed-in SignalPort privacy request or the public contact form to request access, correction, export, or deletion. We may verify identity and account control before acting. Some billing, security, dispute, or legally required records may be retained after other information is deleted.
Retention
SignalPort support attachments are deleted after 90 days. Active workspace and trading records are retained while the service is provided and afterward only as reasonably needed for support, security, billing, disputes, and legal obligations. Encrypted backups rotate automatically. Public inquiry records are kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond and meet operational or legal requirements.
