Risk disclosure
Automation can apply a plan. It cannot remove trading risk.
Read this before connecting a live account or enabling order execution.
Trading can cause substantial loss
Leveraged and derivative trading can move quickly and may result in the loss of some or all capital committed to an account. Past results, backtests, signal history, and demo performance do not guarantee future results.
SignalPort executes customer instructions
SignalPort does not create or sell trading signals, choose instruments, recommend a strategy, manage pooled money, or promise returns. You select the signal source, connected account, schedule, sizing, stop, target, exposure, and daily controls. You remain responsible for deciding whether those instructions fit your circumstances.
Execution can differ from the plan
Price movement, spread, slippage, liquidity, gaps, market closures, broker rules, minimum size, stop distance, connection loss, provider delay, and rejected orders can change or prevent execution. A stop or target is an instruction to the broker, not a guarantee of the price at which a position will close.
Technology can fail
TradingView, internet service, MetaApi, MT5, the broker, a phone, or SignalPort may be delayed or unavailable. If an order result is uncertain, SignalPort pauses instead of blindly retrying, but you must review the broker account before taking further action.
Use the controls deliberately
Start with a demo account, verify the exact symbol and broker specifications, use capital you can afford to lose, keep position risk within your own limits, and review activity regularly. Pause new entries in SignalPort and contact your broker directly when urgent order or account action is required.
SignalPort is execution software and is not investment, legal, or tax advice. Use it only where lawful and appropriate for your account and jurisdiction.
